Paid beta terms

1. Service scope

OSYLLO provides read-only options-market analytics for informational and research use. It does not provide investment advice, personalized recommendations, brokerage, portfolio management, order routing, or order execution.

2. Accounts, access and closure

Creating, confirming, or maintaining an OSYLLO account creates only an authentication record. It does not grant Product access, market data, analytics, any other service, sandbox checkout eligibility, a trial, or a paid subscription, and it does not promise that any of them will be offered. Access exists only while OSYLLO separately records an active entitlement for the account. A paid subscription begins only when OSYLLO confirms it after the applicable checkout and billing status.

Unless an account has a current entitlement, OSYLLO has no obligation to provide Product functionality, market data, analytics, service availability, support response times, or future access to that account. This does not limit any obligation or right that applies independently under applicable law, including privacy, security, consumer, payment, refund, or complaint rights.

You must provide an email address you control, keep your credentials confidential, not share or transfer your account, and promptly notify [email protected] if you suspect compromise. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. This does not limit OSYLLO's obligation to use appropriate security measures or any right concerning unauthorized access under applicable law.

Registration and checkout require separate active acceptance of the applicable Terms and Paid Beta & Risk Disclosure, together with acknowledgement that the Privacy Notice was read. OSYLLO records the accepted document version, acceptance context, and server acceptance time. Accepting the documents at registration does not make the account eligible for checkout, and accepting them at checkout does not itself create an entitlement.

Subject to applicable law, OSYLLO may suspend or close an account that has no current entitlement and remains inactive after reasonable notice, or that is used in material breach of these Terms, unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in a way that creates a security risk. OSYLLO may suspend immediately where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance, and will give notice where required or reasonably practicable. Suspension or closure does not erase accrued rights or lawful claims.

After closure, personal data will be deleted, anonymised, or retained only as described in the Privacy Notice and only for as long as permitted or required for stated purposes or legal obligations. Account closure does not waive applicable rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or complaint.

3. Planned paid-beta packages

Let Me See: a planned USD 50 one-time payment for 30 consecutive days of access. It does not renew automatically and does not include Founding Member benefits.

Founding Member: a planned recurring monthly membership launching at USD 150 per month. While membership remains continuously active, it includes access to all current and future OSYLLO-built software products and their core features, a private Discord community, and a priority channel for product suggestions.

Product suggestions are reviewed in good faith, but OSYLLO does not promise that a requested feature will be built or delivered by a particular date. Third-party market-data, exchange, tax, or separately identified pass-through charges are not included unless expressly stated.

4. Founding Member price protection

USD 150 is the planned launch price, not a permanent price cap. The monthly Founder price may increase or decrease over time. While a Founding Membership remains continuously active, OSYLLO plans to keep it lower than every publicly available monthly price or public monthly promotion for materially equivalent access. No fixed percentage or fixed monetary difference is promised.

One-time or day passes, annual prepayments, private or enterprise negotiations, taxes, and third-party pass-through charges are not comparable monthly offers. Final live terms must define price-change notice, failed-payment grace, cancellation, and any rejoining rules before real recurring billing starts.

5. Paid-beta availability

The paid beta may contain bugs, delayed, stale, incomplete, or incorrect data, interruptions, restarts, design changes, or features that are modified or removed. OSYLLO may pause the service for maintenance, security, upgrades, testing, infrastructure failures, or third-party outages, including market-data-provider failures.

No uptime level, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation is promised. Ordinary beta incidents do not automatically create an extension, service credit, or refund. OSYLLO aims to communicate known material service and market-data incidents transparently where reasonably possible. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

6. Billing and cancellation boundary

The Let Me See package is planned as a single payment without automatic renewal. Founding Membership is planned to renew monthly until cancelled. The final checkout must show the applicable price, currency, billing frequency, how the amount may change, and how to cancel before payment details are submitted.

No automatic beta-outage compensation is promised. A prolonged or exceptional failure may be handled individually, without limiting any mandatory legal remedy.

7. Acceptable use

8. Ownership

OSYLLO and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, interface, branding, documentation, and derived analytics. These draft terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the private beta for its intended research purpose.

9. Before live paid access

Before accepting real payments, OSYLLO will publish the seller's legal identity and contact details, final price and currency, billing interval and renewal terms, access and fulfilment terms, cancellation process, refund policy, governing law, and effective commercial terms. A user will have to actively accept the then-current final terms and Paid Beta & Risk Disclosure.

10. Support contact

General support and paid-beta questions can be sent to [email protected]. This support mailbox does not replace the seller's legal identity, address, or the formal notice details that must appear in the final commercial terms.
