1. Market and options risk

Stocks, options, leveraged products, and short-dated instruments can move rapidly and may cause substantial or total loss. Options involve volatility, liquidity, spread, assignment, exercise, expiration, leverage, and counterparty risks that an analytical display cannot remove.

2. Signal meaning

Bullish, bearish, neutral, fading, shifting, pressure, momentum, strength, and similar labels describe OSYLLO's analytical model. They are not forecasts, price targets, probabilities of profit, or recommendations. Pressure and underlying price can diverge for extended periods.

3. Data limitations

Market data and derived output may be delayed, stale, partial, revised, unavailable, incorrectly mapped, or interrupted by provider, network, software, hardware, clock, or storage failures. A visible “live” state does not guarantee that every venue or market event is represented.

4. Historical and illustrative material

Screenshots, examples, charts, historical relationships, and interactive demonstrations may be selected to explain the product. They do not show all outcomes and do not guarantee that a relationship, lead, reversal, or regime will recur.

5. No execution or monitoring guarantee

OSYLLO does not place, route, manage, close, or monitor orders or positions. It does not know a user's portfolio, objectives, financial circumstances, losses, tax situation, or suitability. Users must maintain independent broker controls, market data, alerts, and risk limits.

6. Beta risk

The paid beta is under development. Interfaces, calculations, availability, data retention, and feature behaviour may change. Bugs, maintenance, server updates, network failures, and third-party market-data-provider outages may delay or interrupt the service. No uptime level or error-free operation is promised, and ordinary beta incidents do not automatically create an extension, service credit, or refund.

Test the service independently and assume it can become unavailable at any time. OSYLLO aims to identify known material data and service incidents in the interface where reasonably possible, but a missing warning does not prove that data is complete or current.
